Zoey Rodriguez

Zoey Rodriguez is a Program Coordinator for First Tee – Southern Colorado. In this role, she supports program and curriculum development, plans and promotes programming, assists with instruction, and helps manage day-to-day operations at various First Tee locations. Zoey also plays a key role in coordinating volunteers, maintaining course access, and ensuring the overall safety and success of First Tee’s youth development programs.

Zoey was born and raised in Pueblo and loves her community. She began her love for youth development through her own experience in golf at a young age. With this early start, she played high school and collegiate golf for Pueblo South High School and Colorado State University-Pueblo. During her high school career, she was the South-Central Region Champion for three years (with the exception of the COVID pandemic in 2020) and qualified for the 4A State Championship three times. During her collegiate career, she developed a great team relationship and went on to win the 2023-2025 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championship with her team and took the individual title in 2023.

Throughout her golf career she was instilled with the meaningful ideas of integrity, perseverance, and responsibility. These ideas were built up along with her golf game and she takes them very seriously. Zoey wants to pass on these ideas to the next generation, and is excited to be able to be under the leadership of the First Tee.

In her free time, Zoey loves to draw and read. Quite often you can find her reading a classic book or journaling about one she already enjoyed. Additionally, she enjoys music and further developing her golfing skills.
