Nick Dreczka is the Program Coordinator for First Tee – Southern Colorado. As the Program Coordinator, Nick provides leadership to program and curriculum development, planning, promoting and instruction. Nick also supervises daily program operations, course access, volunteer coordination, facility, database, and fiscal management, new program development, and helps ensure the safety of youth development programs operated by First Tee — Southern Colorado at various locations including golf facilities, schools and other youth development organizations
Nick was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He started his athletic career in Hockey at the age of 7. He graduated from Liberty High School and while attending there, played for the varsity Hockey team. He graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins with a bachelor’s degree in Fermentation Science and Technology in 2020. In 2021, Nick branched out from hockey to train in MMA and Golf. After, 2 years of playing recreational golf, Nick completely fell in love with the game and decided to pursue a career in it. He moved back to Colorado Springs in 2023 and received a position in golf operations at the Country Club of Colorado. Continuing to develop and grow in the industry, Nick found an opening as the Program Coordinator at First Tee – Southern Colorado. When he is not working for First Tee or in the golf shop he is a dealer for Deuces Wild Casino Rentals, traveling around the Colorado area dealing Blackjack and Texas Hold’em. Nick enjoys staying active, learning every day, and playing video games with his friends.
