Jamison Batinich

Jamison Batinich is the Caddie and Teen Pathway Coordinator for First Tee – Southern Colorado, in partnership with the Colorado Golf Association. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all advanced-level and older participant programs and opportunities at First Tee – Southern Colorado. She ensures a clear, intentional pathway for participants ages 12+ to grow as golfers, leaders, and young professionals through advanced classes, the Caddie Program, Ace Program, national participant opportunities, and alumni engagement.

Jamison holds both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, providing her with a strong foundation in leadership, program development, and athletic operations. She competed in Division II golf at Colorado Mesa University, an experience that strengthened her love for the game and shaped her commitment to youth development through sport.

Her professional background reflects a diverse and well-rounded path in athletics and community engagement. Jamison has worked with the Boys & Girls Club, coached athletes with disabilities, and gained valuable experience at multiple country clubs. She has also contributed in team operations and recruiting operations at a Power 4 university, supporting high-level athletic programming and talent identification.

Outside of her professional work, Jamison enjoys staying active and competitive. She spends her free time playing pickleball and volleyball, golfing, lifting, and trying new restaurants.
