COVID-19 Update

First Tee — Southern Colorado’s Playing It Safe Guidelines 2022

First Tee is committed to the safety of participants, parents, coaches, volunteers, and staff. Below are guidelines that we are putting into place in order to deliver a safe learning environment for our participants for all inside camps and programs:

Check-in and Check-out

  • Participants must not arrive more than 15 minutes before class
  • Participants will be given their nametag (to include their specific color group) on the first day and it is the responsibility of the participant to bring their nametag to each class
  • If a participant has a cough, fever, running nose, etc.  they will not be permitted to attend class

Participants

  • Face coverings are optional, please do what you feel comfortable with
  • Participants must bring their own prefilled water bottle that can easily be identified with initials or other marks

Parents

  • Face coverings are optional, please do what you feel comfortable with
    • Face coverings will not be provided, you will need to supply your own
  • Up to 2 family members may stay inside during programming
    • Siblings not participating in programming must be seated with an adult, no running around or horse play while programming is in session
  • Parents must stay in the designated parent area – no coaching your participants, you are solely there to observe

Classes

  • Class activities will fully observe social distancing guidelines and all safety measures
  • All supplies and equipment will be cleaned and disinfected before and after class
  • Hand sanitizer will be available for each class
  • If class gets cancelled due to weather, you will be notified at least 2 hours prior via email; there will be NO make-up sessions in an event that class gets cancelled

Staff and Coaches

  • Staff and Coaches will not be required to wear face coverings
  • Staff and coaches will clean and disinfect class area and equipment at the end of each session
  • Reinforce social distancing requirements for guests through positive dialogue and education

Due to the fluidity of the circumstances, there may be additional modifications, and we will communicate those changes as soon as possible.
